Yes. 786 polish is halal-certified and water-permeable, allowing water and air to pass through the polish film.
How many coats do I need?+
786 breathable nail polish offers full coverage in 1–2 coats.
Can I wear it during wudu?+
Our nail polishes are water permeable, so they can be worn during wudu. When the nails are rubbed, water permeates the polish, making your wudu valid. 786 has worked alongside Islamic scholars to understand the requirements for halal nail polish: no animal products or byproducts and no prohibited alcohol.
How long does it last?+
With proper care and a top coat, you can expect your polish to stay on for up to 7 days with minimal chipping. The formula is non-peelable.
Do thicker coats affect breathability?+
Yes. The polish is designed to be worn in one thin coat, with a maximum of two thin coats if needed. Extra or thicker coats may reduce breathability and water permeability, so apply thin, even layers and let each coat dry fully.
What comes in the 4 and 6 sets?+
You pick 4 or 6 shades. The 4 set comes with a free tote bag, and the 6 set comes with a free tote bag and a free Clear Top Coat.
Is it vegan, cruelty-free and 21-Free?+
Yes. 786 polishes are certified vegan and cruelty-free by PETA, contain no animal products or byproducts and are not tested on animals. They are formulated to be 21-Free and are made in the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) typically arrive within 4–7 business days, and international orders within 2–3 weeks.
Is shipping free?+
Yes, U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes) get free standard shipping. Canada is free at $100.
What is the return policy?+
Eligible U.S. full-price orders can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items bought on sale or with promotional pricing (including discounted sets) are final sale, and approved returns are usually refunded as store credit.
